The idea of this profile development was to replacement existing and old concept fan impellers in the cooling industry. The standard linear rotation speed was assumed at the level of 77m/s. Old type low efficiency worn up impellers of fan type WS 1; WS 2; WT can be substituted with that profile blade substantially improving fan flow parameters with no drive system replacement i.e.: motor, transmission gear and drive shaft. This makes possible increase the cooling process efficiency at no additional costs.
This profile blade is often implemented to new projects. Blade journal makes possible for steeples blade angle adjustment within the range from 1 to 28 deg.
The blade of this airfoil profile can be successfully applied for both wet and dry air coolers and steam condensers.
The blades are applied to fan impellers in the range from 1200mm to 12500mm.
Standard operational temperature may range from -25 up to + 65 deg. C.
Suited for clockwise revolution.
The fan impellers are available with 3 up to 8 blade pieces.
