Wentylatory WENTECH Sp z.o.o. the biggest Polish manufacturer of cooling fans, CFP drive shafts, fan stacks, fan rings in favor of better understanding of client demand and in order to improve service quality has founded a special department which main task is to perform quality service and overhaul of fan coolers. The scope of service includes:

1. Overhauling of cooling fans in the diameter range from 630 up to 12500 mm:
   • Service and overhauling of main drive transmission incl. spare parts delivery,
   • Drive shaft service and overhaul (bearing replacement, reconditioning of bearing supports, coupling refurbishing, drive shaft repair),
   • Upgrading of drive systems (replacement of steel drive shafts with floating composite carbon fiber equivalent shaft)
   • Upgrading or drive shafts overhauling.
   
   
2. Cooling fan renewal including the following:
   • New fan and fan stack supply,
   • Dismantling works of old fans and new fan system assembly and construction (fan stack, fan rings and fan drive system)
   
   
3. Fan monitoring systems assembly and service such as:
   • Control systems with vibration sensors, oil flow and temperature control devices,
   • Installation of control systems and fan power supply systems.
   
   
4. Fan drive system revamp by means of:
   • Installation of two speed drive motors,
   • Application of frequency converter.
   
   
5. Maintenance service of cooling fans:
   • Lubrication oil exchange in transmission box,
   • Fan periodical and guarantee survey and service,
   • Fan systems emergency service,
   • General maintenance service.
